Many factors outside our control influence these decisions, including your personal credit history, business industry, revenue, time in business, and current economic conditions.
Every client receives a properly structured, creditor-ready business entity that meets the foundational requirements that lenders and credit bureaus look for. You will receive a complete, step-by-step roadmap covering all three tiers of business credit — from Net-30 vendor accounts to unsecured business credit cards — so you have a clear, actionable path to pursue capital on your own terms. Results will vary based on individual business circumstances and follow-through.
BBBillionaires LLC ("Company," "we," "us") provides business formation assistance, credit establishment guidance, and related consulting services. All services are delivered as described in the selected package at the time of purchase.
We are not a law firm, CPA firm, or licensed financial advisor. Nothing in our services constitutes legal, tax, or financial advice.
The Company makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee that any client will be approved for business credit, loans, lines of credit, vendor accounts, or any other financing product. All credit-related decisions are made exclusively by third-party lenders, banks, vendors, and financial institutions.
Approval is never guaranteed and depends on factors outside the Company's control, including but not limited to: personal credit history, time in business, business revenue, industry type, and current economic conditions.
All fees are due in full at the time of purchase unless a payment plan has been expressly agreed to in writing.
Fees are non-refundable once services have been initiated, defined as any filing, submission, or active work performed on behalf of the client.
State filing fees, registered agent fees, and any third-party costs are separate from and in addition to our service fees unless otherwise stated in writing.
Refunds are available only if services have not yet been initiated. Once any filing, application, or active work has begun, all payments are final and non-refundable.
Dissatisfaction with third-party approval outcomes — such as a vendor or lender denial — does not constitute grounds for a refund, as these decisions are entirely beyond our control.
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate, truthful information during the onboarding process
- Promptly responding to requests for documentation or clarification
- Maintaining compliance with all state, federal, and local business regulations after formation
- Following through on credit-building steps outlined in the roadmap provided
Results depend heavily on client consistency and follow-through.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BBBillionaires LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, or loss of business opportunity.
Our total liability to any client shall not exceed the total amount paid by that client for the specific service in question.
We may recommend, facilitate, or guide clients toward third-party services such as registered agents, virtual offices, banks, vendors, and credit bureaus. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for the actions, decisions, or policies of any third-party service provider.
All client information shared with BBBillionaires LLC is kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, shared, or disclosed to third parties except as required to perform the contracted services or as required by law.
All guides, templates, roadmaps, and materials provided by BBBillionaires LLC are the intellectual property of the Company and are licensed to clients for personal use only. Reproduction, resale, or redistribution of any materials is strictly prohibited.
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which BBBillionaires LLC is registered. Any disputes shall first be pursued through good-faith negotiation.
If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable state law before any litigation is commenced.
BBBillionaires LLC reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Clients will be notified of material changes via email.
These Terms & Conditions, together with the service invoice and any written addenda, constitute the entire agreement between the client and BBBillionaires LLC and supersede any prior discussions, representations, or understandings.
By completing and submitting this form, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to all terms, conditions, and disclosures above. A signed copy will be emailed to you and to BBBillionaires LLC upon submission.
